(BALTIMORE CLUB LEGEND)With over 15 years in the music industry and a pioneer in the Baltimore Club Music scene, DJ Jonny Blaze helped Baltimore Club Music make its way out of Baltimore and into clubs across the country. Known for his many club hits like “SpongeBob SquarePants Remix” and “Jump To The Heat”, music fans and writers describe his style as hyper sexual, hyper entertaining and ferocious. Yet, in his own words, he just “formed his own style and got low.” Regardless of how one labels his musical style, paired with his genuine personality, it has kept him in the music business; influencing other artists and continuing to be a part of the evolution of club music.OCDJ (CRUNK-TUNE LEGEND)The city’s most exciting DJ wears fuzzy animal heads, occasionally adds a live drummer for extra party-starting oomph, and spins his own self-made remixes that sound like old-school Nintendo composers decided to start deconstructing popular urban hits. Dan “OCDJ” Gaeta’s keyboard melodies—as also heard on his recent album, the aptly titled Hooray—are as simple as Kraftwerk and as sugary as the Archies. When he combines them with sawn-off Baltimore club breaks and gleefully looped hip-hop and R&B samples, the result makes club kids start dancing like overcaffeinated rugrats in Garanimals. (SOURCE: CITY PAPER BEST SOLO ARTIST 2007)INFINITY PUSHUPS (SLEDGEHAMMER LEGEND)Colonel Oates: Get down and give me infinity. [Bill and Ted drop] Colonel Oates: You stupid, pathetic, craven little cretins. Colonel Oates: You petty, base, bully-bullocked bugger billies! DJ JONNY BLAZE! (BALTIMORE CLUB LEGEND)

With over 15 years in the music industry and a pioneer in the Baltimore Club Music scene, DJ Jonny Blaze helped Baltimore Club Music make its way out of Baltimore and into clubs across the country. Known for his many club hits like “SpongeBob SquarePants Remix” and “Jump To The Heat”, music fans and writers describe his style as hyper sexual, hyper entertaining and ferocious. OCDJ (CRUNK-TUNE LEGEND)

The city’s most exciting DJ wears fuzzy animal heads, occasionally adds a live drummer for extra party-starting oomph, and spins his own self-made remixes that sound like old-school Nintendo composers decided to start deconstructing popular urban hits. When he combines them with sawn-off Baltimore club breaks and gleefully looped hip-hop and R&B samples, the result makes club kids start dancing like overcaffeinated rugrats in Garanimals.
